Gapura Digital in Yogyakarta: Empowering Small and Medium Enterprises

According to the Deloitte report in 2015, Small and Medium Entreprises (SMEs) could increase Indonesia’s annual economic growth by 2%. The report also shows that SMEs could increase growth revenue up to 80% by utilizing digital technology. Thus, it is necessary for SMEs to use digital technology. Apparently, Google is on board with the idea.

Google introduced Gapura Digital, a program that will support SMEs in Indonesia to develop business through digital platforms. The program includes various topics from digital trends to Google tools such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). At the end of the program, participants will receive certificate from Google.

Kofera Raises Pre-Series A Round and Reveals their Next Plans

Kofera announced their Pre-Series A round led by MDI Ventures, Telkom Indonesia corporate venture capital initiative based in Jakarta. An early stage company investor and venture fund such as Indosterling Capital and Discovery Nusantara Capital (DNC) participated in the current round. Gunung Sewu, an Indonesia-based Group that operates diversified businesses, also reportedly joined the other three company for Kofera’s undisclosed Pre-Series A round.

Facebook Revealed Their Ambition on Augmented and Virtual Reality Technology Development
