Kioson Announce Public Offering in IDX: Became The First Indonesian Startup Set to IPO

PT Kioson Commercial Indonesia, the online-to-offline (O2O) e-commerce became the first Indonesian startup company to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Shares offered to the public are 150 million shares. Co-Founder and Director of Kioson Commercial Indonesia Jasin Halim said 150 million shares issued by Kioson are equivalent to 23.07 percent of the total issued and fully paid capital.
